Return and Refund Policy

At Eya Clean Pro, we are committed to providing products of the highest quality. If you encounter any issues with your order, we are here to help.

1. Return Conditions:

We only accept returns if the product is received damaged or has a manufacturing defect.

Any product defect must be reported to us within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and with all its original accessories and packaging.

2. Shipping Costs:

Damaged or Defective Products: We will cover the full return shipping costs.

Other Cases: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs if they wish to return the product for other reasons.

3. Refund Procedure:

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will send you an email informing you of the status of your request (acceptance or rejection).

If approved, the refund will be automatically credited to your account via your original payment method within 7-10 business days (depending on your bank's policy).

4. Return Label:

To make the process easier, you will find a pre-printed "Return Label" inside your package.

Please affix this label securely to the package before handing it over to the shipping company.
